3.2 Delivery Address: The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.
4. Returns and Refunds:
4.1 Returns: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 hours of receipt. Following an assessment of your concern, we will exercise our discretion to determine whether to offer a replacement or refund.

4.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Cancellations:
5.1 Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges.
